Empress Rising: From Invisible to Invincible is an intimate 8-week private 1:1 coaching program for women navigating their wisdom years who are ready to stop shrinking and start shining.

Over 8 weeks, working through four intensive bi-weekly 90-minute private sessions (plus email and optional WhatsApp support between sessions), you'll move through the complete Empress Rising framework:
Weeks 1-2: Reclaim Your Throne - Establish your sovereignty and create sacred space for your transformation
Weeks 3-4: Crown Your Wisdom - Reconnect to your intuitive power and speak your truth freely
Weeks 5-6: Guard Your Kingdom - Set fierce boundaries and protect your precious energy from depletion
Weeks 7-8: Rule With Grace - Integrate your practices and create your vision for living as an Empress
Plus, you'll receive a 90-minute follow-up integration session 30 days after program completion to ensure your transformation is sustainable.

How Does the Distance Reiki Session Work and What Should I Expect?
Distance Reiki is a technique within the system of Reiki that enables me to give a Reiki session beyond the limitations of time and space. It expands my ability as a Reiki practitioner to transmit spiritual energy beyond physical touch. It’s a way to offer Reiki without the recipient being in the same room with you.
The session will be done over Zoom. We will have a discussion prior to the Reiki to discuss anything you're currently experiencing. I will then guide you through some breath work and the distance Reiki. After the session I will share with you any impressions, provide you with some intuitive guidance.
Finding a comfortable space for the treatment enables you to be in a more receptive state (such as lying down or meditating during the session).
Clients often notice physical sensations during the Distance Reiki session, just as they might when receiving a session in person.
These might include warmth, tingling, or a sense of peace and relaxation. You might also notice the mind calming down or the alleviation of physical symptoms. Sometimes people feel quite alert and aware during the session, while others drift off. Either way is best.
At the appointment time, you would do the following:
Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. While it’s not necessary for the treatment, if you like you can create a healing space for yourself by:
- Meditating or offering a prayer beforehand
- Setting your intention to heal yourself
- Playing relaxing music

I recommend for the first session that we do 1 1/2 hours to get the full benefits of Reiki healing energy and guidance.
1 1/2 Hour session- This includes 50 minutes of Reiki Healing with remaining time for discussion/ guidance.
Cost $150 + processing fee.
1 Hour Sessions - If you want to a 1 hour session that includes 45 minutes of Reiki and 15 minutes of intuitive guidance we can do that as well. The cost would be $100 + processing fee. Please see 'SCHEDULE' to schedule for the 1 hour session.

Cancellation Policy: Your sessions and classes are my priority, and because of this I curate a space for you to breathe, relax, and heal. Life can be unpredictable and I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel. To continue to be able to serve you in the best way possible I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for changes to your appointments/classes and for cancellations.
In the case of canceling without 24 hours notice you will receive an invoice for 50% of the cost of service.
Emergencies, illnesses, and accidents happen. If this is the case, please contact me for resolution.
