Increasing your Energy, Flexibility, and Mobility

This class is suitable for anyone who is looking to increase their energy, flexibility, and mobility! We begin with breathwork that increases lung health and capacity. We’ll move into simple stretches to warm up the muscles and joints before moving through a series of fluid and dynamic movements to strengthen the muscles, bones, and increase circulation and energy.

Then we will STRETCH by transitioning to the mat where we will hold poses between 3-5
minutes promoting a healthy stress of the connective tissues comprised of the ligaments,
tendons and fascia in and around the joints. We’ll end with a resting pose and short guided
meditation.

This class offers a balance between more active (yang) and passive (yin) exercises. It is a great complement to more active exercises like running, tennis, cross-fit training, or if you sit at a desk for most of the day and have noticed increased stiffness in your body and lack of energy.
